1. A non-refundable deposit (as stated on course pages) will be required to officially hire/book any of RMJ Promotions International – London Business Academy (RMJPI-LBA) Courses.
2. All outstanding balances must be paid to RMJPI-LBA at least one month prior to the end date of the course program.
3. Completed and signed registration forms are required back from students prior to RMJPI-LBA initiation of any student’s booking. Returned andsigned registration forms constitute a legally binding contract between RMJPI-LBA and the respective student. Students are therefore advised to retain a personal copy of the signed contract booking forms for their records.
4. RMJPI-LBA has full copyrights on all original materials i.e. artworks and designs acquired during its course of business. It also reserves the right to broadcast, publish, sell or use its acquired materials for commercial interests and in pursuit of its business plan. It will however, under certain conditions and circumstances, refrain from such practices subject to appropriate remuneration negotiations with clients and at its own discretion.
5. RMJPI-LBA will not be held responsible for accidental damage of client’s product(s) that were originally designed and produced outside its organisation.
6. RMJPI-LBA will endeavour to run all all advertised courses within a its time period. This period may be extended or reduced in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of RMJPI-LBA.
7. In the unfortunate event of a student being dissatisfied with our service, every effort will be deployed to remedy the dissatisfaction. A full refund will be issued, minus any deposits, as a last resort.
8. RMJPI-LBA reserves the rights to self advertise or promote its range of products and services during its work pursuits. Where it is not possible to do so, RMJPI-LBA reserves the right to pursue its advertising campaign at every given opportunity with guests and other prospective clients.
9. Students have the right to cancel their course or paper within seven days of the booking confirmation. If a student does change their mind and wish to cancel their booking, payment will be returned (minus any deposits) via cheque. Any papers or materials provided must be returned to RMJPI-LBA and any log in details created to use the RMJPI-LBA online facilities will be deleted.
10. In the event of student’s failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, RMJPI-LBA reserves the right to cancel the contract, which will lead to the forfeiture of all deposits and advance payments made.
